Food 365 | Day 3: Lunch at Rouge Tomate

Rouge Tomate is currently possibly my entire team’s choice client lunch spot.  The prixe fix menu is ever changing and focused on seasonal local ingredients.  With three delicious courses featuring intriguing flavors for under $30 in an elegant airy dining room, Rouge Tomate just can’t be beat.  For me today, wild mushroom soup with figs and sunchokes, tender Amish country chicken sous vide on a bed of bok choy and thinly sliced mushrooms, all topped off with a soy chocolate banana pudding with crunchy peanuts.
