Currently Eating: Prosciutto, Cheese and Olives

It’s Sunday afternoon and I am hungry.  Needing something to tide me over until dinner, I snack on two slices of prosciutto San Daniele del Friuli, a generous piece of Twig Wheel washed rind raw goat cheese, some crunchy green olives and water crackers.  I picked up the cheese and prosciutto from Eataly earlier this afternoon on my way home.  I like this particular raw goats milk cheese – the soft semi-firm texture accompanies a ripe pungent full flavor.  It is delicious paired with the prosciutto and olives.  And now, I am ready to finish up some work before going out to dinner.
