A Night in the Kitchen
A quick dinner of grilled asparagus and Kati Roll Company‘s Unda Aloo – spiced potatoes with an omelet wrapped in paratha filled me up for a night in the kitchen with my Kitchen Aid.
My team started the tradition of Friday morning breakfast back in 2008 and tomorrow is my lucky day. There was a while way back when it became sort of a competition as we tried to out do each other every week: breakfast pizza, muffins from Two Little Red Hen, and Doughnut Plant. I think we have finally all settled into a routine where each person has their “thing” and I guess mine is something from my kitchen. And tomorrow, I am going back to two of the more welcomed items- almond brioche toast (in the fashion of Amy’s Bread) and cheddar scallion scones.
Packaged in their own containers, these are ready to go in the morning!
